EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are in the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@flexoracore.store within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Customers Outside the EU – No Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged during shipping.

Order Cancellations Cancel before shipment by contacting support@flexoracore.store as soon as possible.

Items Damaged During Shipping Contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@flexoracore.store for a replacement or full refund
